We Will Gladly File Your Insurance Claim Online

Premier Dental Group accepts Delta Dental and United Concordia, but we will bill any dental insurance, and we will gladly file your insurance claim online on your behalf as long as you provide us with your complete insurance information. Financial Coordinator Kelsy Colvin will help you utilize your insurance benefits. We accept assignments of benefits in most instances. Should you have any change in your insurance information, please inform the staff before your appointment or any services rendered.

Here is What You Need to Know About Payments

You will need to pay any deductible and fee co-payments the day of your appointment with cash, check, CareCredit, or any major credit card. If your insurance company has denied or not paid your account in full in 45 days, the balance of your account will then become your responsibility to pay within 15 days. Please be aware that some, and perhaps all, of the procedures may be “non-covered” services and not considered necessary under your insurance program. Regardless of the insurance company’s determination of usual and customary rates or amount of assignment, you are required to pay the full amount charged by Premier Dental Group.
